14 Our timeshare is perched over Hanalei Bay which is shallow and protected. With the old Princeville Hotel next door currently blocked off as a major construction zone and the Kilauea Lighthouse on restricted reservation-only hours, I was chatting with someone last evening about places in Princeville that have a good vantage point for watching the whales migrate and he suggested I head over to the great lawn at The Cliffs which looks out over the open ocean. Sure enough, within 1/2 hour this morning I was able to watch two separate pods migrate past. 🐳🐳
