Two weeks later we were off to Las Vegas for a weekend trip to go to one of Maxine's bucket list restaurants, é by José Andrés. We flew out early on Friday and checked into our huge suite at The Cosmopolitan. This was the view from our balcony, directly across the strip from the Paris and Planet Hollywood.
