Partial Lunar Eclipse, September 2024 Sep 17, 2024

The skies were pretty clear for the partial lunar eclipse on September 17, 2024. It was also at a more reasonable hour that didn't involve getting up before sunrise. However, it wasn't as dramatic as the total lunar eclipse we had in 2022 and the color wasn't as vibrant as the forecasts had promised. Still, it was worth getting outside and watching, and the size of the moon was dramatically large 🌘
