1 We'd been doing Blue Apron kit meals for about a year when they announced a video contest for people to submit their preparation of Brooke Williamson's Top Chef-winning recipe of Spice-Rubbed Pork with Sweet Red Onions and Black Beans. Max and I turned our kitchen into a movie studio and here is our submission. See if you can count along as Max drinks and cooks, both at the same time! About a month later we found that Blue Apron used about 30 seconds of Max cooking (and drinking) as part of a promotional compilation video they published!
